How do I book you?

Fill out an inquiry form and I will reach out to you to confirm availability and answer any questions you might have. To secure your date, we'll sign a contract and a 50% retainer will need to be paid.

Do you travel?

Yes! I am based out of Columbus, Ohio. However, I am willing to travel both domestically and internationally. Travel expenses will apply if the event is more than 50 miles from Columbus, Ohio.

What kind of materials do you use?

I use oil paint for live events. Only professional grade is utilized to ensure superior quality. Paintings are completed on canvas.

Do you add frames to your paintings?

I can add a frame to your piece for an additional fee.

Do you paint events other than weddings?

Yes! My live event paintings are not limited to weddings.

How long until I receive my painting after my event?

My turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. This enables enough time to do adequate touch ups, to allow for drying of the oil paint, and to apply a varnishing prior to shipping.

What is your pricing?

16 x 20 Canvas - $1,750

18 x 24 Canvas - $2,300

24 x 30 Canvas - $2,900

24 x 36 Canvas - $3,400

30 x 40 Canvas - $3,900

**Additional sizes available upon request.

What is the cost to ship?

Paintings may be picked up for free in Columbus, Ohio. I will also deliver for free within 50 miles. Paintings that need to be shipped will require an extra shipping fee.

When is payment required?

In order to reserve your day, 50% of the total cost is required up front.

The remaining 50% will be due one week prior to the event day.

What is your cancellation policy

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. This amount could be applied to a commission piece or to a possible rebooking of your event, depending on availability.

If for some reason I am unable to attend your event on our contracted date, 100% of your payment will be refunded.
